These terms apply to our websites, checkouts, courses, digital products, communities, coaching and events under any of those names.

We may also run offers, programs or events under other names. When we do, the offer will also name Andrew Low Coaching Training or one of the names above, and these terms apply to it.

Operating terms

Our websites are operated and maintained by Andrew Low Coaching Training.

Our training and content are general in nature. Some strategies may not suit every person or situation. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions and results, including any business or financial decisions you make after using our programs.

Refunds and cancellations

We do not give refunds unless stated otherwise in an offer or a written agreement with you. Where an offer includes a guarantee or refund period, its stated conditions apply. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Coaching sessions. Please give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule a session. Sessions missed without notice may be forfeited.

Subscriptions and memberships. You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future payments; it does not refund past payments.

To ask about a refund or cancellation, email support@neurowisdomcoaching.com.

Coaching is not therapy or professional advice

Our coaching, training, courses and products support personal and professional development. They are not therapy, counselling, or medical, psychological, dietetic, financial or legal advice, and they do not replace them.

If you have a health or mental health concern, please see a qualified health professional. In a crisis in Australia, call Lifeline on 13 11 14 or 000 in an emergency. Outside Australia, contact your local emergency number.

No guaranteed results

Results depend on many things outside our control, including your own effort, experience and circumstances. We do not guarantee any particular result, including income, business, health or personal outcomes, unless the specific offer or a written agreement with you says otherwise. Any such guarantee applies only on its stated conditions.

Examples and testimonials show what others have done. They are not a promise of what you will achieve.

Recordings and community conduct

Recordings. We may record group and 1:1 sessions, with your consent, as described in our Privacy Policy. Group replays are for members of that program only, for personal use. Do not download, share or publish them.

Your own recordings. Do not record, screenshot or transcribe sessions yourself, or use your own AI note-taker, without permission from us and the other participants.

Confidentiality. We keep what you share with us confidential, except where the law requires us to disclose it or we believe someone's safety is at serious risk. In group sessions and communities, keep what other participants share confidential.

Community conduct. Be respectful. No harassment, spam, unsolicited selling or sharing other people's personal information. We may remove posts, or suspend or remove members who break these rules.

AI-assisted content

Some of our content, communications and course materials are prepared with the help of AI tools and checked by us before use. They are general information, as described under "Coaching is not therapy or professional advice".

Intellectual property and your licence

All our content, including courses, videos, recordings, templates, prompts, worksheets and the Neurowisdom name and methods, belongs to us or our licensors.

When you buy or join, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the material for your own learning and in your own business, as the product intends. For example, you may use our prompts and templates in your own AI tools.

Without our written permission, you may not:

If you complete a certification, your right to use Neurowisdom names or materials with your own clients is set out in your certification agreement.

If you post content in our communities, you keep ownership of it, and you let us display it within that community.

If you break these terms, we may end your access. Any refund is then limited to what the Australian Consumer Law requires.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows:

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes go to the courts of Queensland, Australia. Before taking formal action, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue.

International clients

We welcome clients from around the world. Session times are confirmed in your time zone and ours (Brisbane, Australia).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown here, with its "Last updated" date, applies to purchases made from that date. A change does not affect what you already bought unless the law allows it or you agree.
